Munich Full time

At Regeneron, we believe that when the right idea finds the right team, powerful change is possible. As we work across our growing global network to invent, develop and commercialize life-transforming medicines for people with serious diseases, we’re establishing new ways to think about science, manufacturing and commercialization. We’re looking for a Commercial Support Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring flawless execution of our business priorities. This role is integral to supporting our commercial, market access, and medical teams, while also driving operational excellence across various functions. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy contributing to a team-oriented culture, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. This is an 18 month contract temporary role.

A Typical Day:

  • Liaise with marketing vendors to order and distribute materials to Key Account Managers (KAMs).

  • Organize team-building and sales training events, as well as healthcare professional (HCP) events.

  • Facilitate collaboration across various teams to implement strategic business priorities.

  • Provide administrative support for local sales initiatives and projects.

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely communication.

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees, ensuring smooth transitions.

  • Manage procurement tasks, including vendor onboarding and contract lifecycle management.

  • Plan and execute internal and external meetings, including venue, IT, and catering arrangements.

  • Support the execution of national and international travel arrangements for employees and management.

This Role May Be For You If:

  • You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working across teams.

  • You’re comfortable managing vendor relationships and navigating procurement processes.

  • You have a proactive approach to problem-solving and take pride in delivering high-quality results.

  • You enjoy coordinating events and facilitating operational meetings to ensure alignment.

  • You’re tech-savvy and can navigate tools and systems with ease.

To Be Considered:

Candidates must have prior experience in administrative support, project coordination, or a similar role. Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor management systems (such as iCertis) is crucial. Experience with event planning, travel coordination, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred. A background in supporting sales or commercial teams will be an added advantage.
