Now we’re looking for a Commercial Business Controller to support our Retail UK business within Customer Brands. You will be based in Tipton, UK, and report to the Head of Business Controlling, Customer Brands and be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe.
Your role in the blend
This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business, partnering directly with Sales to drive profitable growth, pricing, and performance.
Partner with commercial teams to drive margin and profitability
Lead financial analysis on tenders, pricing & new business
Steer forecasting, planning & performance tracking
Identify risks & opportunities and turn insights into action
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve end-to-end performance
Your key ingredients
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities, optimizing processes, and driving business growth. You navigate transformation and change with ease, demonstrating adaptability, resilience and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. You are results-oriented, showing persistence in execution while maintaining high integrity. At the same time, you are self-driven and proactive, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
To succeed in this role, you likely have
5+ years in commercial finance or/and business controlling
Strong analytical mindset and business acumen
Proactive, hands-on, and confident in challenging stakeholders
Experience with ERP / Power BI / Excel
Fluent in English
