At GSK, we are united by our purpose to get ahead of disease together. As a Commercial Analysis Manager, you will play a critical role in enabling data‑driven commercial decision‑making by supporting Sales Force Effectiveness, segmentation and targeting, and CRM optimisation.
This role sits within Commercial Operations and focuses on Veeva CRM administration, segmentation & targeting (S&T) processes, analytical reporting, and strategic account management system support. You will work closely with business owners and cross‑functional partners to ensure high‑quality data, compliant processes, and efficient commercial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Veeva CRM Administration:
Manage Veeva CRM processes and workflows.
Ensure accuracy, data quality, and compliance within the Veeva system.
Segmentation & Targeting (S&T):
Oversee segmentation and targeting processes to optimize business workflows.
Administer cycle plans in Veeva Vault and handle ad-hoc changes as needed.
Manage and maintain the Territory Feedback Tool to gather insights and improve targeting.
User Support & Issue Resolution:
Resolve user-reported issues for customer-facing teams.
Assist marketing and medical departments with CRM-related and D&A processes and tasks.
Collaboration & Optimization:
Collaborate with Business Owners to refine workflows and enhance efficiency.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve segmentation, targeting, and CRM utilization.
Strategic Account Management System Admin
SAM Veeva module management and end-users support

Veeva Expertise: Gain in-depth knowledge of Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault systems, their administration, and customization.
S&T Mastery: Learn advanced segmentation and targeting techniques and understand how data-driven strategies support business goals.

Qualifications:
Strong technical skills in segmentation, targeting, and data management.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments.
Familiarity with compliance requirements within a CRM system is a plus.
