About the Company

We are an established European distributor of marine equipment, accessories and onboard solutions, representing a broad portfolio of strong brands. To accelerate our development in Italy, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Agent to promote our product range and develop long-term customer relationships.

Your Mission

As our Commercial Agent, you will represent our portfolio in your territory and actively grow sales by developing a strong customer base and driving commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

· Promote and sell our product portfolio to existing and prospective B2B customers

· Identify, approach and onboard new customers in the assigned territory

· Visit customers regularly and manage relationships in a professional and structured way

· Generate qualified leads and follow up on commercial opportunities

· Provide market intelligence: competitor activity, pricing trends, customer feedback, and key developments

· Support the sales process by collecting orders and transmitting them to the company for validation and confirmation

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction and sustainable growth

· Contribute to annual sales planning and business development priorities for the territory

Candidate Requirements

Mandatory requirements:

· Proven experience as a commercial agent or sales professional in a B2B environment

· Strong knowledge of the Italian market within the marine and boating industry (required)

· Excellent customer network and ability to open doors

· Strong negotiation skills and commercial discipline

· Professional autonomy, reliability, and long-term mindset

· Ability to work with structured pricing policies and company sales conditions

· Fluent Italian

· Good English communication skills

· Independent agent role, managing your own organization and resources

· Remuneration based on sales commission

· The company retains the right to approve new customers and confirm orders

· Access to sales tools, product information, and commercial support will be provided
