Under the Impact & Inclusion organization, this intern will be focused specifically on Strategic Planning & Insights within the broader Finance, Insights, and Reporting (FIR) team. We work very closely across our teams to ensure that Comcast’s Impact and Inclusion strategy is externally informed, outcome oriented, and competitively differentiated.
Role Description

As a Strategic Planning and Insights Co-op, you will gain exposure to strategy development, business planning and insights, evaluation and research, as well as financial operations within the Impact and Inclusion department.
This student will have the opportunity to engage in work that connects philanthropy and business insights, academic research, and social impact. You will bring your unique perspective and contribute ideas toward translating strategy into clear goals, enhancing how we measure impact, and shape how we utilize our resources to inform decisions.
What are some interesting problems the student will work on?
In this role, the student will handle a variety of tasks – no day will be the exact same! Their work could include researching the competitive landscape, evaluating potential charitable investments, synthesizing the latest analysis on economic mobility, researching corporate volunteerism trends and measurement, and/or helping carry out the strategic planning process for the department.
Where can this student make an impact?
This student can make an impact supporting the development and launch of our new research infrastructure and database, including identifying relevant case studies, sourcing new content for insights and helping prepare executive presentation and deliverables. Your day to day will be focused on using research and data to help inform future plans and roadmap and integrate evidence based approaches. You’ll be working with passionate and talented teams who are looking to help drive positive social impact nationwide and in local communities through charitable giving, philanthropic efforts, and digital opportunity work to achieve greater economic mobility.

Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
