As a co‑op, you won’t just watch from the sidelines—you’ll contribute, collaborate, and gain exposure across end to end business processes teams, helping to fuel a new segment of growth for Comcast Business.
 

What are some interesting problems the student will work on?

In this role, you’ll join a team of true problem solvers—where no two weeks look the same. Our group supports Program Management, Operational Risk & Internal Controls, and Universal Service Programs across both Federal and SLED markets within Comcast Business. You’ll help address complex operational challenges, from enabling new services to building custom processes that meet contractual obligations. You’ll also strengthen our compliance and governance framework by assisting with the monitoring and testing of operational controls.

In addition, you’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of FCC‑funded programs, including E‑Rate and Rural Health Care, ensuring we meet all requirements and deliver strong outcomes for our Public Sector customers. Throughout this work, you’ll leverage tools such as SQL, Salesforce, Excel, Smartsheet, and PowerPoint to analyze data, manage workflows, and communicate insights effectively.
 

Where can this student make an impact?

You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders across sales, operations, finance, technology, and legal to drive alignment on key Public Sector strategic initiatives. Your work will include gathering and refining business requirements, scoping and structuring project work, developing process improvements, and supporting day‑to‑day operations of our largest Public Sector programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to build cross‑functional experience, gain exposure to high‑visibility initiatives, and contribute directly to our growth targets.
 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Performs data analysis, methods and procedures creation, and process flow documentation in support of federal and SLED program management objectives
  • Captures, catalogues and develops monitoring procedures for Federal and State contract operational requirements, supporting the accuracy and completeness of orders as well as overall compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Assists with Universal Service Funding operations, supporting accurate and complete subsidies to schools, libraries, hospitals and non-profit entities supported by the E-Rate, Rural Healthcare and California Teleconnect Fund programs.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
  • Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
  • Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
  • Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Compensation

Base Pay: $23.00
