Organization & Team Overview
This internship sits within Comcast’s New England Region Product Sales Support and Analysis team, supporting local sales channels. This team is responsible for developing and delivering training resources that equip sales teams with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively sell our products and communicate current offers.
We collaborate across teams to ensure our frontline reps understand product features, benefits, pricing, and promotional strategies to drive revenue and enhance customer satisfaction. Our team drives operational excellence across incentives, systems, and processes to ensure seamless execution and measurable business impact. You’ll be working with a dynamic group of strategists, project managers, and creatives who are passionate about delivering compelling resources that drive business results.
Role Description

As a Product Sales Support and Analytics Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting creative development, internal campaign execution, and ensuring deliverables are met. You’ll help manage sales effectiveness programs, assist with creative asset deliverables, and contribute to process improvements that enhance team efficiency.
Your work will help ensure that product and offer campaigns are internally communicated and that teams stay aligned and on track. You’ll gain exposure to brand strategy, campaign planning, and the behind-the-scenes operations that make great sales and marketing happen.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support the coordination and execution of sales windows across channels
Develop creative engaging resources for our frontline teams
Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and creative assets for internal promotional campaigns
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas to campaign planning
Provide research and assistance to leadership in the development and design of new projects
Assist event team in onsite marketing event campaigns and pre-planning
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Preferred Skills
Strong organizational and communication skills including presentation skills
Interest in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and project coordination
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset
Comfortable using Microsoft Suite
Experience with customer engagement
Preferred Majors: Business, Management, Marketing, Communications
Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university
Rising Junior only (must have a graduation date between Winter 2027- Spring 2028)
Returning to degree-program (for at least a semester) after the completion of the summer internship (meaning, student must be returning to school for Fall 2026 semester before graduating)
Available to work 40 hours per week over the course of the summer program- June 1 through August 14, 2026
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting (unless virtual offering)

Base Pay: $22.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
