Organization & Team Overview
Comcast’s Impact and Inclusion (I&I) Team is dedicated to harnessing the power of our platforms and our people to create positive change. This role sits on the Technology Enablement Team, which supports I&I by managing technology solutions, platform operations and projects that improve the user experience, ensure smooth operations, and adapt to changing program and compliance needs.
In addition to supporting operations across the I&I portfolio, this role will provide regular operational support to I&I’s ERG Strategy Team, which supports Comcast’s national Employee Resource Group (ERG) Program, specifically providing governance, national resources, and support to cultivating belonging within our workforce.
Role Description
The Impact & Inclusion Operations Co-op supports project management, technology, and systems operations across the Impact & Inclusion portfolio, while spending particular time advancing ERG engagement initiatives that enhance the employee experience. This role is centered on project coordination, planning, documentation, and tracking; systems support and data integrity; and technology-enabled ERG initiatives, including driving adoption of the events management system and leader roster management. It requires strong attention to detail, comfort working within structured systems, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
This position offers exposure to a range of Impact & Inclusion initiatives, including ERG events, volunteer activations, department meetings, as well as campus-sponsored programs.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives, including documentation, reporting, and alignment of deliverables and timelines
Support recurring cross-functional meetings by tracking actions and maintaining integrated project plans
Draft monthly technology release notes and prepare executive-level presentation materials
Support planning and rollout of an AI-based curriculum program, including pilot execution
Conduct data entry and quality review to create interactive event listings for ERGs
Reconcile organizational records, including identifying and merging duplicate records in giving database
Oversee collateral inventory across campus locations, managing fulfillment requests, and optimizing storage organization
Maintain web content hubs, ensuring accuracy, timely updates, and performance analytics review
Support ERG operations through leadership roster management, executive meeting documentation, and newsletter coordination
Provide logistical and on-site support for department events and activations
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Eligibility Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Drexel University, with a cooperative learning track.
Available to work 40 hours per week for 6 months starting September 22, 2026, through March 26, 2027.
Authorized to work in the United States with no current or future sponsorship needs
Available to report in-person to the work location on the job posting

Base Pay: $23.00Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
