About You

As a Collections Expert MEA, you’ll manage a portfolio of customers across the region, ensuring timely collections, accurate account reconciliation, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll be the key partner for both internal stakeholders and external customers, helping resolve issues, reduce delinquency, and strengthen financial processes.
