- You will be responsible for the team that designs the overall technical solution and architecture in our commercial system tendering solutions, including HW, Software, 3rd Party applications and Cyber Security.
- Lead and inspire the team to achieve the best possible technical results and solution quality.
- Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, and define scope and objectives for the full system, collaborating with domain experts to create standardized solution approaches.
- Meet customers globally to discuss and agree on system design, both as a Manager and as a technical architect.
- Develop and implement new products, processes, standards or operational plans that influence functional results.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure a strong understanding of project planning and technical activities.
- Act as an open-minded team player who inspires the team to achieve top-level results.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- You are committed, driven and motivated for continuous improvement.
- You see yourself as a dedicated team player.
- Strong communication skills are part of your strengths.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
