American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) is seeking a dynamic CoE Project and Implementation Manager to drive the successful adoption of our solutions across all business segments within Meetings & Events. This internal Program Manager role is pivotal in executing our Center of Excellence (CoE) strategy while maintaining strong cross-functional partnerships and delivering measurable business impact.

What You'll Do

Strategy Execution & Adoption

  • Support and execute the CoE strategy to drive solutions adoption across all business segments
  • Identify and address user pain points to optimize solution implementation and utilization
  • Measure and grow adoption metrics across the organization
  • Develop and implement initiatives that enhance user engagement and satisfaction

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Operations, Account Management, and CoE team leaders
  • Assess performance and progress against established KPIs and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with internal colleagues at both operating and executive levels
  • Provide regular, structured updates to stakeholders through operational reviews and reporting

Governance & Framework Development

  • Establish, create, and manage a comprehensive governance framework
  • Design, generate, and share performance reports and dashboards
  • Ensure compliance and consistency in program execution across all business segments

Project Management & Tracking

  • Lead and oversee CoE projects from initiation through completion
  • Track project progress against timelines and deliverables
  • Identify, flag, and escalate anomalies and risks in a timely manner
  • Implement corrective actions to keep initiatives on track

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Program Management, or Operational Leadership roles
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple organizational levels
  • Problem-solving and analytical mindset
  • Experience in travel, technology, or B2B solutions environments
  • Familiarity with adoption metrics and KPI tracking
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and operational processes
  • Experience with project management tools and reporting platforms
  • An organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Should be passionate about driving organizational success through effective program management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Must be comfortable to work in EMEA shifts.
