ICF is seeking a Coaching Manager for the Quality Support Center, which supports preK programs. This role is instrumental in advancing equitable access to high-quality early learning for all children, regardless of family income. The Coaching Manager will lead, coordinate, and deliver technical assistance, professional development, instructional coaching, and comprehensive support services to participating pre-K providers. The individual in this position will ensure that all activities support the program’s mission and comply with local regulatory requirements, while fostering continuous quality improvement and inclusive practices across the provider network.

Expanding access to quality pre-K education for all eligible children

Utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and accountability. This position requires 20% or more local travel within the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$60,940.00 - $103,598.00Pennsylvania Remote Office (PA99)
