Job Description

Mission:

Responsible for the architect design of the cluster system middleware. This includes the integration and interfacing of vehicle network and signals, providing stable interfaces for HMI development, resolving the linkage between the cluster and other domain controllers, and driving the evolution of the system towards higher safety, lower latency, and greater intelligence.

Responsibilities:

1. Architecture and Development: 

  • Responsible for the architecture design of the cluster system (including integration with HUD), covering hardware interface definition, software layered architecture (application layer/middleware layer) and communication architecture, and deliver design documents and interface specifications.

2. Innovation and Research and Development

  • Develop the inter-system collaborative architecture connecting cluster, IVI, domain controller, ADAS and body control system, ensure compatibility with mainstream automotive protocols including SOME/IP, CAN/LIN and automotive Ethernet, and realize reliable low-latency data interaction across multi-domain systems.

3. Communication and Collaboration

  • Work closely with upper-layer application, underlying Board Support Package (BSP), and testing teams to provide technical solutions and support, and produce design and technical documentation..
  • Liaise with external vendors to confirm technical implementation plans and set up testing or demonstration environments.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Scope of Action:

  • Responsible for the design and development of the cluster system, providing standardized vehicle data and control interfaces for upper-layer HMI systems. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • On-Time Delivery: Percentage of milestones achieved on schedule.
  • Product Quality: Number of issues identified post-release vs. during development.
  • Stakeholder Feedback: Feedback from internal and external partners on communication and project alignment.
