About the Role
As Club Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our Members, delivering a warm welcome and consistently exceptional service. This multifaceted role supports both the Events and Membership Sales teams, while also managing Member Relations and overseeing the Club Reception. You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Club and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
What you will do:
Greet and assist Members and guests with professionalism and discretion
Provide administrative support to the Events and Membership departments
Maintain accurate Member records and assist with onboarding new Members
Coordinate Club communications and respond to Member enquiries
Support the planning and execution of Club events
Ensure the reception area and Club spaces are impeccably presented at all times
What you bring:
Previous experience in a luxury hospitality or private members club environment
Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and Club management systems
A genuine passion for service and creating memorable experiences
Schedule and hours:
This is a full-time position based on a 40-hour contract, worked across five 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
The Club operates from 7am to 11pm, Monday to Friday, and is closed on bank holidays. Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings is essential.
