Job Description
Responsibilities
To provide operational support based on SLA.
Troubleshoot, assist in root cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions during and after an incident.
Maintain High Availability of Servers and Systems.
Perform patch deployment in accordance with patch management practices.
Conduct periodic reviews as stated in internal policies.
Automate and implement infrastructure services.
Participate in new IT Project meetings, discuss with the internal IT team or vendors.
Subject matter expert in one or multiple IT Infra domains.
Requirements:
Possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of solid working experience in the related fields.
Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, ability to multitask, interact with all levels of users, a team player, a fast learner.
Knowledge and working experiences in the following:
Microsoft Products (Windows Server,Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSFC)
Familiar with Linux (Redhat, CentOS)
PaaS product such as Cloud Run, Cloud SQL, BigQuery
Cloud Computing (Google, AWS, Alibaba)
Database technologies (MSSQL Always On, RDS)
Ability to script in Powershell, Batch, Json,
SSL Certificate management and lifecycle.
Working Experience in Data Backup Products (Veeam, Google Snapshots)
DNS Management and concepts.
Server hardening.
Exposure to the following is an added advantage:
Security Standards and Governance.
Familiar with Linux (Redhat, CentOS)
Open Source Products (Apache, Nginx, MySQL, NFS, postfix, etc)
Scripting in JSON, VBScript, Bash.
Networking concepts and technologies.
Certified in Cloud Product
