About the role

As a Cloud Architect, you will work with DXC customers on projects to help them transform their businesses. The role is covering ServiceNow and infrastructure automation and it is required to cover urgent project and run activities.

You will play a key role in Cloud architecture, implementation, guidance, documentation and Service Now.

Daily challenges

• Assist in the development and implementation of private cloud architecture strategies based on ServiceNow platform
• Support the private cloud architecture team in technical/automation tasks, providing guidance and troubleshooting assistance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of cloud solutions with business needs.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with DXC/Audi cloud security and compliance standards.
• Document and communicate best practices and technical guidelines within the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in cloud infrastructure.

eXperience and skills required

• SENIOR SERVICENOW OPERATIONS MANAGER / SENIOR ARCHITECT for at least 4 years
• Infrastructure knowledge about standard cloud services like LDAP, Terraform, VMWare, Fortinet products, Network, Backup, Monitoring
• Linux (RHEL) / Windows admin experience
• Utilize DXC best practices in hybrid-cloud solution between ServiceNow and other platforms
• Automation with ServiceNow (Codestack, Workflows, Ansible, Terraform)
• Supporting delivery teams in troubleshooting and processes
