The Opportunity

An exciting Opportunity exists to join Cochlear’s Türkiye team as Clinical Technical Specialist. Reporting to the ClinTech manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering training and updates on new products and best‑practice processes. By monitoring market trends and collecting insights on technological developments, you will help ensure our clinical partners remain informed and future‑ready.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Deliver intraoperative measurements for CI patients, switch‑ons, and follow‑up fittings for CI and Acoustic patients in new and existing hospitals.
  • Support clinics in establishing standardised follow‑up protocols and efficient patient‑management systems.
  • Provide regular product, software, and technology trainings for regional audiology teams.
  • Conduct routine map checks and update fittings for all existing recipients.
  • Educate new and existing recipients on new features, assistive technologies, and accessories.
  • Assess clinic training needs and contribute to the development of standardised training programs.
  • Participate in conferences, practicums, internal trainings, and product‑related webinars.
  • Assist in executing and monitoring clinical studies within the region and provide clinic level insights to support studies across the region.

About You. As we grow our operations, we are looking for people who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers. To add value to Cochlear in this role, you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Audiology
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Valid driver’s licence
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English

Desired Skills

  • Clinical experience working as an audiologist in a hospital or clinic setting
