Under direct supervision, presents clinical systems learning and ongoing educational programs. Presents classroom education following guidelines outlined in training manual, provides support to end users and assists in identifying additional training needs. Assists with maintaining training materials and consistently accomplishes assigned tasks according to project deadlines, schedules, and quality standards.

Minimum Education: Associate degree in computer science, information technology, nursing or related field.
License/Certification Required: No
Minimum Work Experience: Two years’ experience in Information Technology, clinical operations, or related field

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Arrives prior to scheduled training classes to prepare classroom, including setting up training environment and other logistics.
- Under direct supervision, delivers classroom training such as new hire training, transfers, refresher training, optimization training, upgrade training.
- Delivers standardized, instructor-led, scripted training curriculum to end users.
- Conducts engaging and effective training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Completes trainee competency assessments post training.
- Documents and tracks attendance and competency assessment after each class.
- Completes required documentation related to each class session.
- Incorporates principles of adult learning in training classes.
- Assesses training needs before, during, and after training.
- Makes necessary adjustments to training delivery based on student and training team feedback.
- Provides support to staff and Providers as assigned.
- Assists in assessment of learning needs to provide customized training.
- Identifies issues and concerns, communicating back to the training team for discussion/resolution.
- Identifies trends that may require additional training focus, Policy & Procedure modifications, system modifications, etc.
- Promotes effective, efficient use of the EHR software.
- Serves as a change agent to promote, effect, and support change in workflow and behaviors related to clinical information systems.

- Light lifting, pushing and pulling is required for 1-20 lbs occasionally and frequent moving of objects of less than 10 lbs is required. Frequent sitting with some walking, standing, squatting, bending, and reaching is required. Keyboard/computer use and/or repetitive motions may be required.
