Clinical Solution Manager

Job Description Summary

Leads, coordinates and/or manages execution of marketing plans, identifies and executes opportunities for growth and share gain, and contributes to the development of a product/portfolio strategy including product positioning. Optimizes commercial execution though development of marketing and launch plans and aligning market insights with technology trends. Jobs at this level operate with some autonomy but are covered by well-defined Commercial policies or review of end results. The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (typically annual volume, margin and compliance requirements). Responsible for medium-sized sales territories.

Job Description

作为临床解决方案团队，负责制定并执行基于疾病诊疗（Disease-based）的医学影像临床市场战略，深挖临床价值，将领先的影像技术转化为解决临床痛点的方案，并通过学术生态圈的建设与跨部门协作，提升公司在核心疾病领域（如：心脏、肿瘤、神经等）的行业领导地位。

Essential Responsibilities  

• 关注疾病研究，探索疾病诊疗和发展前沿的方向，对规范化诊治有清晰的理解，了解和收集基于疾病诊疗的临床需求和痛点，将公司的产品和临床解决方案有效结合，制定基于疾病诊疗（Disease-based）的临床解决方案及产品价值主张
• 能够与KOL及内部Modality（产品部）同频对话，协同挖掘各病种（如：心脏、肿瘤、神经等）的临床价值
• 与临床医学学会建立联系，搭建学术共识与生态圈，保持与国际学术界的沟通
• 搭建学术共识圈，为前线销售编写基于临床经验（Clinical-based）的培训教材，将复杂的临床技术语言转化为通俗易懂的语言，并为销售团队提供培训赋能
• 协调并整合内外部资源，打造行业标杆案例。

Qualifications/Requirements

• 医学教育与专业背景（临床医学优先）
• 具备临床医学从业经验或丰富的临床市场经验。
• 卓越的学习能力，能快速吸收和融会贯通各产品知识和复杂的医学前沿信息
• 优秀的沟通能力（含英语沟通），对内对外有良好的沟通
• 具备卫生经济学教育背景或相关工作经验者优先
