Serving the needs of Garfield Heights and the Southeast communities of Cuyahoga County since 1949, Marymount Hospital is a 269-registered bed acute care, faith-based hospital and became the first regional hospital to become a member of the Cleveland Clinic Healthcare System in 1995. This Magnet-recognized hospital maintains a strong commitment to the communities it serves through blending compassionate patient care with exceptional medical expertise. At Marymount Hospital, caregivers are guided by the Christian values of service, compassion, dignity and respect and live by the mission of providing world-class healthcare.

The Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist at Marymount Hospital plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a community-focused hospital environment. Based in the first-floor pharmacy and supported by a collaborative team of approximately 36 caregivers, this primarily decentralized role supports general inpatient services across Med/Surg populations, offering strong exposure to psychiatric pharmacotherapy and a uniquely diverse patient population. The position blends clinical and operational responsibilities, including decentralized pharmacy services on nursing units and dispensing from the main pharmacy, while actively participating in patient education initiatives, residency program support, research opportunities, and interdisciplinary emergency responses such as codes and stroke alerts. With opportunities for cross-coverage in the ED and ICU (training provided), this role offers continuous learning in a dynamic, close-knit setting.

A caregiver in this role will work 7:00am to 3:30pm or 8:00am to 4:30pm. Evening shifts will be 12:30pm to 9:00pm and will occur to cover for PTO. Weekend requirements are 10 per year.
