Job Description:
The Clinical Education Specialist is responsible for the management, execution, and follow-up of clinical education activities, with a primary focus on training management and content development. This global role creates and maintains frameworks, processes, and best practices for market subsidiaries to implement and follow, ensuring consistency and excellence in clinical education delivery worldwide. The position creates customer learning journeys ensuring the smooth setup, delivery, and evaluation of training courses and content - both in-person and online - while supporting data management and ROI analysis to inform continuous improvement. The role is hands-on and operational, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The role is ideal for a native-level English speaker with prior dental industry experience who is self-motivated and eager to contribute to the success of educational programs.

Main Responsibilities:
Training & content management
Set up, manage, and follow up on all clinical education activities (in-person, online, and hybrid), ensuring all logistical and operational aspects are handled efficiently.
Maintain course catalogs and registration sites, and provide support to course participants.
Develop, update, and maintain educational content and resources, ensuring clinical accuracy and alignment with business needs.
Manage access to content on learning platforms and speaker portals, supporting localization and adaptation for different audiences.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., marketing, product management, key experts) to ensure content relevance and consistency.
Create promotional materials in close alignment with marketing.
Work with marketing to ensure promotion of courses to reach minimum number of participants
Design and implement structured customer learning journeys that guide dental professionals through tailored educational pathways, ensuring content and course offerings meet diverse learning needs and professional development goals.
Collaborate with market subsidiaries to adapt and localize learning journeys, ensuring relevance for different regions and customer segments.
Data management & analysis
Continuously assess and refine clinical education activities based on participant feedback, engagement data, and evolving industry trends to maximize educational impact and customer satisfaction.
Track and analyze participation, engagement, and outcomes of educational activities using CRM and LMS tools.
Generate regular reports and dashboards to measure the impact and ROI of courses, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales to nurture leads generated from educational activities and support data-driven decision-making.
Global framework & process development
Develop, document, and maintain standardized frameworks, templates, and best practices for clinical education activities, ensuring they are suitable for implementation by market subsidiaries.
Ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations (e.g., healthcare, medical device).
Support the adoption and effective use of educational technology platforms across teams.
Requirements:
University degree in a relevant field (e.g., dental, medical, life sciences, business, or education).
3-5 years of experience in clinical education, training, or event management within the dental or medical device industry.
Proficiency with CRM, LMS, and event management tools (e.g., Cvent, Hubspot, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
Strong data management and analytical skills, with experience in ROI analysis and reporting.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Demonstrated experience with training management, content development, and operational logistics.
Experience developing and reviewing clinical content.
Customer-oriented mindset with proven experience in customer-facing roles.
Proven track record of initiative-taking in educational program development.
Demonstrated ownership, proactive stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
Native-level English; excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently while handling stakeholder interests and providing actionable recommendations.
Certifications in education, project management, or digital learning are an advantage.
