As the Clinical Education Operations Apprentice for Iberia, you will support the coordinators leading the strategic planning and operational execution of clinical training activities. This role requires strong project management skills, cross-functional leadership, and a customer-centric mindset to ensure high-quality education delivery across Spain and Portugal.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  •  Daily updating operations tool based on the tasks: scheduling of the activities of Zone CED team. This task involves interactions with all stakeholders (OTR, Project, Service, Commercial...)

  •  Drive Backlog Execution

  •  Achieve 100% timely completion of Quality Work Instructions [FVR (timely submission & safeguard quality), Debrief, Delivery Note, Certificates and Customer Surveys.)

  • Drive the adoption of education solutions, including classrooms, Digital Academy and remote training sessions.

  • Manage online classrooms and facilitate virtual sessions.

  • Support CES to achieve their productivity targets (including customer-related activities, development and mentoring)

  • Provide reports & analyses needed for any business review with Modality Coordinator or ZEM

  • Preparation Internal & External Quality Audits and secure success & ensure compliant with quality regulations

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • IMPORTANT, Spain based candidates must have finished their degree or equivalent in the last 3 years and they must not have had this type of contract previously.

  • For Spain, the length of the contract is up to 12 months.

  • Fluent Spanish and English language (Portuguese is a plus)

  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with administrative software strong knowledge (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

  • X-Ray technician -or equivalent- University Degree (biomedicine, telecommunications, electronics, industrial or related scientific fields)

  • Demonstrated interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)

  • Understand and present complex material in understandable terms

  • Solid problem solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)

  • Willingness to travel within territory

Desired Characteristics:

  • Proven track records in clinical applications

  • Clinical experience in large hospitals,

  • Healthcare business and process knowledge

  • Persuasive and able to influence clinical decision for GE

  • Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desire and ability to communicate effectively using local language).
