Schedules sleep studies and obtains prior authorizations according to established guidelines. This role also supports a variety of patient scheduling and administrative functions within the sleep lab, including higher-level operational and financial coordination tasks as assigned.

Job Description

Under general supervision, this position performs patient scheduling functions and check-out duties, along with a significant amount of higher-level administrative work. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, Transaction Editing System (TES) duties, medical coding support, lead responsibilities, and financial coordination activities.
 

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple administrative systems, and effective communication with clinical and administrative teams.
