Our Chiropractic team is part of Murdoch University’s School of Allied Health and is committed to delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based chiropractic education. We’re a collaborative group of experienced clinicians and educators who support students through hands‑on learning in our on‑campus clinic and through community outreach.

Your New Role!  

This role plays a vital part in the smooth operation of the clinic, delivering high‑quality front‑of‑house support and ensuring clients and staff receive a professional, welcoming and efficient experience. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day coordination of reception functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness and flow of the clinic.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary contact point for clients, staff and visitors, providing professional reception assistance and responding to general enquiries from students, staff and members of the public.

  • Managing client and administrative processes, including scheduling appointments, handling phone and email enquiries, processing incoming and outgoing mail, , taking and receipting payments, processing eftpos and cash settlements and running relevant reports. Supervise, train and direct the students on reception duty, including responsibility for all transactions/processes that occur on your shift.

This Continuous | Part time (20 hours per week) attracts a remuneration of $73K – $80K (pro rata) plus 17% employer superannuation contributions.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Completion of an associate diploma (or an equivalent blend of relevant experience, education, and/or training).

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with clear and effective verbal and written communication.

  • Excellent organisational abilities, including strong task‑prioritisation skills and the capacity to manage competing deadlines.

  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, punctuality and reliability.

  • Proficient computer skills, including strong competency in word processing.
