Job Summary
As a Clinic Onboarding Operations Specialist (20390), you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software applications. Your role will involve leading technical projects, mentoring junior engineers, and continuously improving software development practices to ensure the delivery of robust and reliable software systems.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform high-volume data updates and configurations in internal systems to support clinic onboarding processes
- Maintain and update clinic records in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data
- Manage and track toll-free number (TFN) requests, ensuring timely submission, follow-up, and resolution
- Monitor operational workflows, escalate issues when needed, and maintain clear tracking and status visibility for assigned tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 2–4 years of experience in operations, onboarding, implementation, or administrative support roles
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Experience working with enterprise systems or web-based applications
- Ability to manage high-volume data entry and configuration tasks with strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for cross-functional collaboration
- High level of accuracy, responsibility, and ownership in operational tasks
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and escalate appropriately
