PwC’s Academy is hiring a Client Training Setup and Delivery Associate (m/f/d). What if it was you? 

Your mission:

As a Training Setup and Delivery Associate, you will be positioned at the very heart of our activity. Your role will span the Academy’s value chain, from proposal management to client service:

Proposal Management:

  • Ensure the effective execution of the proposal issuance workflow from design to sign off;

  • Liaise with the Offering Management team and Client Relationship Managers to craft proposal content according to clients’ needs;

  • Perform compliance controls and monitor deadlines;

  • Conduct quality checks throughout the proposal issuance process;

  • Input proposal data in the learning management system;

  • Monitor the proposal issuance funnel to ensure an optimal rate.

Client Service:

  • Organize open, dedicated and e-learning training programs and events (planning, trainer/participant support, venue & catering management, course material issuance and dispatch);

  • Coordinate internal and external trainer pools and support effective course delivery;

  • Act as key contact for clients on logistics-related matters;

  • Input training data in the learning management system;

  • Manage course invoicing and budgets;

  • Welcome participants and provide course-related information;

  • Provide feedback on planning and delivery and contribute to process improvements;

  • Manage INFPC reporting on behalf of clients.
