We are seeking a talented individual to join our Client Operations team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

In this role you will support colleagues and clients in all aspects of administration and technical support through the accurate, efficient and timely production of all policy and related documentation across the insurance life cycle.

Supported with training in the combination of online learning modules, systems support from the Operations team and 1:1 on the job learning.

Working under the umbrella of operations you will help drive standardization of processes and procedures. This includes providing legally compliant work to the client and entering accurate information into all Marsh IT Applications, enabling the delivery of analytical statistics. You will assist in upskilling non client facing operations colleagues with additional product and client knowledge. 

We will count on you to:

  • Ensures timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information (including report preparation)

  • Maintains a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant Insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships

  • Adheres to Company policies and performance standards

  • Contributes to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA) , Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives

What you need to have:

  • High School Certificate or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar broking/operational role, preferably in an insurance-related field.

  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills, coupled with exceptional written and verbal communication.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
