VCA Veterinary Specialists of Northern Colorado is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team at our AAHA-accredited, 24-hour emergency/specialty referral practice located in beautiful Loveland, Colorado.

We’re looking for a personable yet highly professional “service extraordinaire” to join us in delivering our mission to our clients and their pets.

Why We Need You:
As the face of VCA, the Client Service Representative sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities. The CSR is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for:
• Customer Service, including: maintaining client relationships and service standards, greeting clients and their pets, answering non-medical client inquiries, and presenting friendly and courteous care.

• Essential administrative tasks, including answering phones, routinely checking emails, scanning patient documents, processing faxes, etc.
• Scheduling, including communicating with referral partners to improve access to care and strengthen relationships.
• Maintaining up-to-date client and patient data while protecting privacy on sensitive information.
• Reviewing charges and invoicing upon discharge, process payments, and ensuring accurate reconciliation of the cash drawer.
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• .Maintaining the front desk, reception area, and waiting areas.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
 

Hourly Pay Range: $15.50 - $18.00

Schedule: Afternoon/Evening, some weekends and holidays required.
