Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Manager to join our team. This role engages with both internal and external stakeholders to address client needs professionally and. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is self‑motivated, highly organized, and committed to delivering exceptional results. This position requires a dynamic, responsive individual with a strong customer focus and a desire to exceed client expectations.
We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you’ll be assigned to the Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with clients by providing exceptional support, service, and value to drive overall satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact and escalation for assigned clients, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.
Manage client needs and issues from inception through resolution, providing proactive updates and timely follow-ups.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to communicate client requirements, set clear expectations, and ensure seamless execution.
Anticipate needs and proactively suggest opportunities that help clients achieve their business goals.
Track and monitor client projects using internal tools and reports to ensure timely and efficient progression.
Prepare and deliver business reviews to clients, partnering with internal teams to gather insights and key takeaways.
Build and maintain positive relationships with third‑party partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
BA/BS degree required.
Minimum of 3 years in a client services or account management role within the financial industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to adapt and respond quickly to diverse client requests.
Proven ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and manage time in a fast‑paced environment.
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to learn new skills and tools.
Proactive in bringing new ideas and implementing process improvements.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Salary range $70,000.00- $95,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
