We are one of the main hubs for syndicated loans in EMEA responsible for the documentation of all syndicated and bilateral loans booked in Luxembourg from the offer until termination. We are an international team of 14 headcounts and looking for a Client Service Junior Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for a diverse portfolio of syndicated/large scale bilateral loans from offer/start to closing until final maturity date ( project financings, leveraged transactions, stand-by facilities and acquisition financings for multinational clients based in EMEA, Dutch & German Large & Midcaps)

  • Regular interaction with internal stakeholders and market counterparties

  • Review, comment, negotiate legal documents (loan agreements, security agreements etc.) including coordination and collection of all internal approvals for new transactions/lifecycle events

  • Management of all lifecycle events during the lifetime of a loan (amendments, waivers, extensions, increases etc.)

  • Deliver key information to support external auditors in preparation of annual financial statements.

Skills

  • University degree in business administration/economics or comparable working experience – basic knowledge of syndicated loan documentation would be an advantage

  • Strong customer focus, business orientation and relationship skills

  • Ability to work in a team and assume ownership

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Foreign language skills in German, English and if possible French, Spanish and Italian

The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.
