As part of the Sales Enablement function you will have a unique opportunity to work closely with the firms strategic clients through our client relationship programmes, as well as senior internal stakeholders to help drive growth and prioritise enhancement of valuable client relationships.
Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position
Adept at stakeholder management, both internally and externally
Detail orientated and comfortable multi-tasking to meet tight deadlines
Excellent Microsoft Office skills is essential
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong work ethic
Familiarity with Salesforce desirable but not essential
Big 4 experience desirable, but not essential
Success in the Role: Performance Outcomes in your first 6-12 months
Provide direct, practical on the ground support for the Client Programme, CXO Transition lab and client feedback leads
Build on your professional and industry knowledge
Demonstrate the ability to produce high quality PowerPoint slides and become confident in collating and presenting financial metrics

What type of work will I be doing?
It is expected that your time will be split between the Client Programme, transition labs and client feedback programmes. You will also be expected to provide ad hoc supports to other members of the Client Excellence team as may be required during busy periods.
Provide local reporting support, including tracking of relevant performance metrics
Support reporting to the wider global firm
Support preparation for industry team meetings
Work closely with partners and directors to encourage participation in these strategic programmes
Provide ongoing support for the maintenance of dashboards, CRM and reports
Participate in calls or meetings with senior partners and clients
Who is the Hiring Manager?
You will report into the Client relationship lead and Head of Sales Enablement, working closely with senior leaders within the Client Excellence team.
Where is this role based?
