About the Graduate Program:
This program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in insurance brokerage, client support, and taxation advisory under the guidance of dedicated mentors. You will be part of an international company with local and global colleagues and clients, working on diverse projects in employee benefits taxation consulting, insurance, and brokerage.
Main Responsibilities:
The work will be related to employee insurance lines, providing HR with clear explanations about taxation.
We expect that your knowledge will add to and expand our team’s expertise in taxation topics.
There will be a mutual exchange of knowledge: we will share our expertise in employee benefits, insurance, and risk management, and you will share your own insights.
Provide client support with a focus on taxation topics, including explanations, detailed documentation for authorities, and professional advisory services.
Assist in insurance placement activities, cooperate with insurers, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure the best solutions for clients.
Support brokers in servicing clients and contribute to proposal preparations and negotiations.

Candidate Profile:
Background in finance or related fields, eager to switch to insurance brokerage.
Strong client service orientation with excellent communication skills.

Proficient in English and computer skills (MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred).
Ability to work under pressure, organized, and a team player.
Availability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week.
