Euronext Clearing provides an internship opportunity with the Client Support Team to provide clearing and settlement services that fully leverage the firm's risk management capabilities. These services are mainly provided on a day-to-day basis in accordance with specific quality standards to facilitate the exchange of payments, securities, or derivatives transactions.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Client Support team as an operational point of contact for an assigned group of clients, working closely with senior team members
• Assist in the incident management process by gathering information, tracking issues, and escalating incidents accurately and in a timely manner to the appropriate internal teams
• Support the Client Support team to provide first-level client support on operational queries and follow up on requests until resolution, keeping clients regularly informed of progress
• Actively support the team in the use and maintenance of the CRM system, assisting in the creation, monitoring, updating, and closure of client cases
• Help manage cases within the CRM, ensuring data accuracy, proper documentation, prioritization, and follow-up in line with internal procedures
• Support the monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by updating case statuses in the CRM and contributing to service quality reporting activities
• Support the team in the monitoring of weekly and monthly KPIs by performing data analysis, preparing statistics, and contributing to elaborate reporting.
Candidate's Profile:
• Master's Degree in Economics or Finance;
Strong interest in financial markets and post-trading services.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
• Excellent client relationship attitude; interest in account management
• Able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
• Strong time management skills required to meet the many internal and external deadlines
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
