About Yahoo Ads Client Experience and Performance:
The Yahoo Ads Client Experience and Performance (CXP) team is dedicated to building and maintaining deep partnerships with Yahoo’s most valuable clients. We are seeking a Client Performance Specialist to join our team and play a crucial role in supporting our sales force by managing the day-to-day processes involved in launching, maintaining, and optimizing advertising campaigns.
About the Role:
As a Client Performance Specialist (CP), you will be responsible for the creation, management, and evaluation of digital ad campaigns. This role requires close collaboration with Yahoo’s sales reps, Client Experience Leads, and clients to ensure the success of ad campaigns from inception to completion. The CP team thrives in a fast-paced work environment and excels both individually and as part of a team. Adaptability, quick learning, and an understanding of current digital advertising trends are essential. You will manage high-value campaigns for prestigious clients, providing expertise to improve campaign performance. Your primary goal will be to drive and protect revenue across all Yahoo ad platforms through proactive campaign monitoring and quality execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination: Coordinate campaign setup and billing with internal entities such as Yahoo Brand Studios, Legal, Billing, Order Quality Assurance, and Financial Operations.
Creative/Ad Builds Management: Oversee the creation and management of ads across all platforms.
Campaign Monitoring: Monitor the health of clients’ campaigns and collaborate with account teams to enhance performance.
Troubleshooting: Provide assistance for operations-related issues.
Billing and Collections: Partner with billing and collections teams to resolve billing-related issues.
Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to internal operations teams and ensure their completion.
Team Support: Support Client Performance teammates in day-to-day tasks and special projects.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated and grow within the dynamic digital advertising industry.
Your Day Might Include:
Supporting account teams and advertisers with creative/ad needs.
Coordinating with various internal teams for campaign setup and billing.
Managing creative/ad builds across different platforms.
Monitoring campaign health and working with account teams for performance improvement.
Troubleshooting operational issues.
Resolving billing-related issues in partnership with billing and collections teams.
Delegating tasks to operations teams and ensuring task completion.
Assisting teammates with daily tasks and special projects.
Learning and adapting to the evolving digital advertising landscape.

The compensation for this position ranges from $56,250.00 - $117,500.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience.The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions.
