As we continue to deepen our relationship with Meta, we are seeking a Client Partner to serve as the senior, accountable executive for this line of business.

The Role

As Client Partner for Meta, you will be the primary executive relationship owner and strategic leader for Codazen’s work with Meta. You will operate as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, own the growth and health of the account, and ensure exceptional delivery across a portfolio of engagements. This role is ideal for someone who understands how large enterprise organizations operate, knows how to build influence in complex environments, and thrives at the intersection of client leadership, business development, and delivery oversight.

What You’ll Do

Executive Client Leadership

  • Serve as the executive sponsor and primary point of accountability for Codazen’s relationship with Meta
  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across Meta’s organization
  • Act as a strategic advisor, helping clients define problems, shape solutions, and align initiatives to business outcomes

Account Growth & Business Ownership

  • Own and grow a multimillion-dollar book of business within Meta, with responsibility for revenue growth, account expansion, and long-term partnership health
  • Identify and develop new opportunities by understanding Meta’s priorities, navigating stakeholder dynamics, and positioning Codazen’s capabilities effectively
  • Lead complex pursuits, including opportunity shaping, proposal development, contract negotiation, and pricing strategy

Go-to-Market & Solution Leadership

  • Shape go-to-market strategies specific to Meta, working closely with design, engineering, and delivery leaders
  • Ensure Codazen’s value proposition is clearly articulated, differentiated, and aligned to Meta’s needs
  • Partner with internal leaders to assemble and guide the right teams for each engagement

Delivery Oversight & Excellence

  • Provide executive-level oversight across active engagements to ensure quality, client satisfaction, and alignment with agreed outcomes
  • Partner with delivery leadership to proactively manage risk, scope, and expectations
  • Maintain a hands-on presence, including a targeted level of personal utilization, to stay close to the work and model delivery excellence

Leadership & Culture

  • Mentor and coach internal leaders and team members working within the Meta account
  • Serve as a visible leader within Codazen, contributing to a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on account strategy, forecasting, and long-term growth planning

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience building and owning executive client relationships within a large enterprise organization—ideally including Meta or similarly complex global companies
  • Strong network within Meta or demonstrated ability to quickly establish credibility and influence in large, matrixed enterprises
  • Track record of owning and growing $10M+ professional services accounts through consultative selling and long-term partnership building
  • Comfort leading conversations at the senior executive and C-suite level
  • Deep understanding of professional services delivery, including scoping, staffing, financial performance, and client satisfaction
  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, digital services, custom application development, data engineering, or a related environment
  • Strong operational acumen—able to manage forecasts, margins, utilization, and portfolio health
  • A builder’s mindset: proactive, strategic, and energized by growth and ambiguity
  • Based in or near the Bay Area, with flexibility to travel to client sites as needed

Full compensation packages are based on candidate experience and certifications. 
Irvine Pay Range
$150,000$250,000 USD
