We're looking for a talented individual to join our Westfield Rise Team as Client Operations Manager. With a team of 8 across the Northern European region, we are structured around 4 activities: Media, Brand Experience, Brand Partnerships, Services & Data. We focus on commercial opportunities and revenues through a client-centric 360° approach within shopping centres, placing Westfield Rise as a key player in the retail media market. You will work with the entire team, who are based across Sweden, the Netherlands, and the UK. They are high-performing, seasoned and engaged talents. The role will be based in Sweden, and you will report to the Head of Client Operations, supported by the Head of Westfield Rise based in Stockholm.  

Within the role of Client Operations Manager Nordics, you will be supporting a high-performance sales team primarily based in Stockholm, challenged to operationally deliver physical consumer engaging media and/or brand experience activations in in our Nordic assets (Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, Westfield Täby Centrum, Fisketorvet Copenhagen Mall and Nacka Forum) that drive high levels of brand exposure for the client, while delivering excellent customer service.  

What you will be doing…  

Project Delivery

  • Deliver Westfield Rise commercial activations across Nordic centres, including events, brand experiences, media campaigns, filming, and pop‑ups.

  • Manage projects from brief to installation and removal, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.

  • Coordinate logistics, run client meetings and site tours, and maintain accurate project documentation.

  • Support design reviews and ensure all activities meet legal, operational, and health & safety standards.

  • Delivery of mall kiosks

Client & Contractor Coordination

  • Act as a key contact for clients, agencies, and contractors throughout project delivery.

  • Conduct site surveys, pre‑start meetings, and fit‑out reviews.

  • Prepare operational information, site plans, and reports.

  • Support live events and DOOH/media operations.

  • Build strong supplier relationships and ensure high‑quality delivery.

Risk Management

  • Review and approve all health & safety documentation for activations.

  • Ensure full compliance with centre regulations, URW policies, and relevant legislation.

  • Represent the team in risk, fire strategy, and H&S meetings.

Finance & Budget

  • Support delivery of the annual Westfield Rise budget.

  • Prepare production budgets, manage procurement, and track income/expenditure.

  • Raise purchase orders, manage invoicing, and promote production services to drive revenue.

Team & Operational Support

  • Provide technical and operational guidance for proposed activities.

  • Manage digital content for in‑centre media screens.

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and support feasibility assessments.

  • Coordinate approvals with internal teams and contribute to sales and stakeholder meetings.

  • Share best practices and support departmental goals, including CSR and operational excellence.

   

What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful?  

  • Project management / Production management in events, media and/or retail environment.

  • Strong communicator with ability to liaise with all levels of management including client facing.

  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects on a variety of scales.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. 

  • Fluent in Swedish & English

  • Health & Safety qualifications

  • AutoCAD

  • DOOH LED screen knowledge

  • Temporary Works/structures, Construction management, and crowd management.

  • MEWPs / access equipment

  • Rigging, AV systems, event sound/lighting,

  • Mechanical/Electrical and IT services
