Client Manager

Becker, MN; Remotely based Full Time

The Client Manager plays a crucial role in establishing and strengthening client relationships while driving member engagement and growth for RealTime Solutions (RTS). In this position you will establish rapport, assess business needs, engage and grow member volume in our loyalty rewards programs. You will build relationships with top members through outbound calls, attending trade shows and holding some in-person meetings to educate foodservice operator members about our services, tools and programs, and manufacturers’ products. You will be responsible for member engagement that will result in increased program participation, purchase verification and points redemption growth for RealTime Solutions and our clients.

Your impact:

  • Establish and maintain rapport with top member accounts assigned through outbound calling and business reviews.
  • Grow segment revenue and program participation through proactive operator engagement, educating them on feature/promotion optimization, driving data connection, and encouraging actions such as reward claims or point redemptions to maximize program value.
  • Contact potential and existing operators to drive engagement, achieve successful member agreements, facilitate account onboarding, and ensure ongoing participation.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and industry events to represent RTS and build operator and manufacturer relationships.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue high-quality operator leads and cross-brand (CIT) opportunities.
  • Inspire and cultivate manufacturer leads by aligning operator needs with brand programs and promotions.
  • Maintain and update all potential and current member/operator information in CRMs (IRIS, Salesforce) to ensure accuracy and visibility across teams.
  • Develop and maintain internal processes, best practices, and documented operating procedures focused on continuous improvement.
  • Understand our company and all verticals, the competition, and the industry; contribute to identifying and strengthening our weaknesses, while building our core values

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 1 year of client management, project management, marketing management, or agency strategy experience or equivalent
  • 5+ years of sales experience required
  • Experience in, and a deep understanding of, the foodservice industry
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
  • Preference for prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • Advanced communication, critical thinking, interpersonal relationship and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize to meet deadlines, and work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent oral, written, spreadsheet and presentation communication skill
  • Ability to travel at least 10%+ of the time for trade shows, industry engagements and operator relations
