Position Summary:
Develops business strategies and opportunities with new and/or existing customers to expand existing relationships and developing new relationships; build, position and sell new and advanced solutions, programs, services; may conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of alternative business development opportunities; collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, sales, marketing, and other information about potential business partners, new markets, products and services, or other business opportunities.
Job Description
* Own and drive MW revenue and profitability for the distributor.
* Develop and implement business plans to accelerate MW adoption across partner ecosystem.
* Identify new MW opportunities, solutions, and use cases to increase partner engagement.
* Build pipeline through partner recruitment, enablement, and activation.
* Recruit, onboard, and nurture Microsoft partners to sell MW solutions.
* Conduct partner training, certification drives, and solution workshops.
Work with partners to develop joint solutions and customer success stories.
* Support partners in building MW competencies (e.g., migration, security, AI, analytics).
* Participate in Microsoft planning sessions, reviews, and strategy meetings.
* Drive MW campaigns, events, and workshops with marketing teams.
Promote MW marketplace offers, CSP models, and new Microsoft initiatives.
* Develop case studies and success stories to showcase partner wins.
Track and report pipeline, revenue, and consumption KPIs.
* Ensure achievement of targets for MW billing, usage, and partner activation.
* Provide monthly/quarterly business reviews to leadership and Microsoft.
