Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our Customer Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving complex issues, and acting as a key point of contact for escalated customer concerns. This role is vital for improving overall service quality and efficiency.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

Resolve Complex Issues and Inquiries: Efficiently handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, focusing on resolving complex issues while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
3-5 years of experience in customer service or related roles, including at least 1 year in a senior capacity.
Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and the Microsoft Office suite.
Proven ability in strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced live environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
