What you will be responsible for:
As Associate 2 you will:
Ensure compliance with CMS requirements, including daily and weekly reconciliations for cash, stock, and income.
Identify and analyze failed or unmatched trades, determine root causes, and initiate resolution processes.
Gather, validate, and record data from internal systems.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely issue resolution.
Monitor cash flows, SWIFT messages, and faxes; follow up with relevant teams as needed.
Review and address client queries related to custody and accounting matters.
Conduct problem analysis, gather relevant data, and provide conclusive recommendations.

Education & Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in Finance or a related discipline.
2–3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in reconciliation, custody, accounting, or trade & settlements.
Solid understanding and exposure to capital markets.
Additional requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
In-depth knowledge of settlements, reconciliation, fund accounting, and capital markets.
Familiarity with SICAV funds and associated accounting processes.
Advanced knowledge of settlement-specific processes for securities and cash.
Strong time management skills with the ability to reprioritize tasks effectively.
