About the Role
The Client Engagement Specialist will play an essential role in supporting our book of business, assisting and supporting existing clients and new clients building a level of trust and maintaining long term relationships.
You will be surrounded by agents and agency owners who really do care and have had much success in building a strong local agency.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a trusted support partner for clients throughout their benefits and Medicare journeys
  • Deliver proactive, personalized communication that builds deep trust
  • Support advisors and internal teams with follow‑through, problem‑solving, and client education
  • Help streamline processes and contribute ideas that improve the client experience
  • Manage documentation, systems, and client records with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Represent the firm’s values of service, compassion, and integrity in every interaction
