In this new Nordic role, you will be working across a variety of client engagement tasks that deliver the premium for our B2B clients and support our internal stakeholders. This is a temporary position, within the Client Engagement team, which is part of the Tech Enablement & Client Experience (TE&CX) organisation in BA Industrial.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and talented professional looking to work across a variety of marketing, communications and customer engagement tasks for a 10-month temporary position. From reviewing presentations to creating engaging visual materials, images/graphics and video, to writing articles for internal and external channels, you will work with Client Engagement team members to support communications across multiple channels to deliver on our B2B objectives.
You will be a key part of delivering the premium for Industrial clients as well as supporting our internal stakeholders. You will also support internal activities, as well as ad hoc requests from different parts of the organisation. Internal support tasks include delivering internal events, interviewing experts, taking photos as well as editing and creating PowerPoint presentations, supporting Sales, Underwriting and Risk Management, among others. You will get to know the If brand, ensuring that materials are produced in accordance with corporate guidelines.

About the team
Our team supports Industrial customers and stakeholders; we work daily to position the Industrial business area as a thought leader in selected themes and areas. Our work contributes to engaging with clients, reaching prospective customers, as well as supporting retention, while inspiring our If colleagues through insightful communications.
Who are you?
As a person with strong organisational skills, a proactive approach and keen interest in B2B account-based marketing and communications, you will support multiple projects at the same time. You work well both independently and as part of a team, with an initiative-taking approach to your work. You have strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-centric mindset.
To succeed in this position, you have:
Proven English copywriting skills, writing examples in support of your application are appreciated
Strong PowerPoint skills and Excel, as well as daily working experience with MS Office tools are essential
You have some experience with event coordination, e.g., webinars and face-to-face client engagements.
Previous experience in using tools such as EpiServer, Templafy, Dynamics, Optimizely and Lyyti will be beneficial
Knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools will be an advantage, feel free to submit an example of your work.
