The opportunity
Are you passionate about building strong client relationships and long-term partnerships with automotive dealers and dealer groups? We’re looking for an experienced Client Development Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving growth and delivering value through our leading automotive protection products and solutions.
What sets this opportunity apart? You’ll have autonomy in a field-based role, combining strategic account management with business development, and the chance to influence success across your region.
Your new role
You’ll manage, develop and grow relationships with dealerships and key dealer groups in your territory. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure our products - including Finance & Insurance (F&I) solutions, extended warranties, and Value-Added Products (VAPs) - help dealers and OEMs achieve their goals. You’ll work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences and contribute to the country strategy.
Main responsibilities:
Develop, increase and manage Automotive Protection business in line with company guidelines.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with dealers, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
Identify opportunities to expand our dealer network partnerships.
Develop and execute territory plans to achieve growth targets and strengthen market position.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

We’re looking for someone with:
Experience offering F&I products to dealers, including extended warranties and VAPs.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence decision-makers.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivation and comfort working independently in a field-based role.
