Client Creation Executive

Our dynamic partnerships team at dentsu creates powerful content solutions that help brands tell their story, connect with culture and drive true business value. We deliver this through:

• Original content - whether that is created by ourselves, co- created with media owners or the wider creative community and investing in long form content.

• Content partnerships - helping brands to gain cultural traction by partnering with existing media & entertainment properties and platforms.

• Content curation – managing the collation, curation and distribution of content based on theme or audience passion points, then activated across bought, owned and earned channels to ensure that brands are always relevant.

We are looking for a creative and motivated individual with a passion for brands and a drive to innovate how they engage with audiences, through culturally relevant content across multimedia platforms.

Job Description:

  • To support the Account Manager and Director in efficient content planning, project and client management
  • Support wider team with administrative duties, as well as responsible for financials and data input being implemented correctly to ensure all data sources are accurate
  • Be a point of contact for media owners approaching with new ideas, opportunities, innovations for our clients
  • Be in control of detailed day-to-day project management of campaigns including media, creative, content, off-air activity, accounts and monitoring

Main Areas of Responsibility & Accountability:

People Relations

  • Demonstrates strong communication, organisational and collaboration skills
  • Fosters close relationships with the team, Amplifi, and planning team counter parts across Dentsu, as well as Media Owners and third parties, building trusted relationships
  • Immerses into the brands and wider industry news to keep the client and planning teams up to date with innovations and opportunities
  • Exhibits partnerships and Dentsu behaviours - collaborative, enthusiastic, diligent, creative thinker.

Excellence in Client Servicing

  • Day-to-day initial contact on multiple client accounts, exhibiting media awareness and ability to juggle numerous stakeholders and deadlines
  • Is a trusted support to the partnerships team, displaying a strong service ethic both internally and externally
  • Inputs into creative thinking sessions and supports with compelling recommendations
  • Shared ownership of the client communications regarding all financial processes

Operational Expertise

  • Supports on all aspects of campaign management from conception to completion, demonstrating flawless execution and maintaining dentsu partnerships standards
  • Displays a strong understanding and application of Microsoft Office suite and Dentsu finance and departmental systems
  • Awareness of Workload Tracker, inputting into the detail to allow management of team capacity
  • Commercially curious of department and Dentsu business, including knowledge of priority partners
  • Ownership and liaison of all financial processes including invoicing, payments and unbilled

  • Accurate weekly reports, status sheets & billings tracker
  • Successful campaign delivery
  • Supports and input into high quality, creative RTBs that meet client’s business challenges
  • Supports the creation and delivery of high-quality presentations internally and to media owners Measures of Success

  • Go to person for departmental system queries
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once, consistently to deliver high-quality work to deadline
  • Flawless execution of campaign management processes

  • Some previous experience of account management and managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines

  • Robust – makes suggestions based on research and client understanding
  • Some media industry experience

This is a permanent role, located in London.

We are a hybrid working business where you would be required in the office 2-3 days per week.
