OVERVIEW:

The Client Care Specialist III is essential to the success of our department, serving as a key driver in achieving group sales goals in our large client account space (300 to 999 employees). This role is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience that is not only responsive and positive but also aligned with the esteemed reputation our brand has built. The customer experience we deliver to our plan sponsors and plan members is second to none, and the expectation of the Client Care Specialist III is to build, strengthen and sustain relationships with large group customers and their advisors.  Support of the Large Account Executive in pursuing these opportunities further enhances our service quality and solidifies our commitment to building lasting partnerships within the market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Account executive support

  • Spearhead Requests for Proposals (RFPs) ensuring compliance to specifications, liaise with all parties, ensure information provided is current and accurate.  

  • Manage requests for plan revisions and cancellations in collaboration with the assigned Large Account Executive (AE) ensuring internal and external follow-up.

  • Collaborate with the AE, Renewal Specialists and our internal underwriting team to facilitate policy renewal supports.

  • Lead and document the end-to-end enrollment process, acting as the primary liaison between clients, advisors, and internal stakeholders.

  • Partner with AEs on finalist presentations for prospective groups, supporting both in-person and virtual delivery.

Client and advisor engagement

  • Foster and develop strong relationships with assigned client and advisor teams.

  • Drive annual account reviews with our strategic large account clients with a focus on trusted partner support in delivering relevant and modern benefit plans.

  • Deliver scheduled service to assigned accounts through phone, email, in-person, and online meetings.

  • Lead training sessions for Plan Administrators and Members on best practices and ongoing plan management.

  • Conduct demos and presentations for advisors and group clients to showcase plan features, tools, and best practices.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely responses to client inquiries.

Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and service standards.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and internal reviews.

  • Serve as mentor and support for evolving client care roles.
