The Client Accounting Analyst supports our accounting and client teams by providing technical, analytical, and organizational support. This role is ideal for candidates with strong business analysis or project management skills, even if they have limited accounting experience, who are eager to learn and apply new skills in a dynamic environment.

Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Support recurring team functions such as journal entries, deposit verification, and balance sheet schedule preparation (training provided as needed)

  • Analyze and compare data to identify trends, errors, or anomalies in financial records
  • Maintain organized documentation to support business transactions and ensure compliance
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve inquiries and escalate issues as needed, using strong communication skills
  • Participate in internal projects and cross-functional initiatives, leveraging project management or analytical expertise
  • Uphold internal controls, quality standards, and the company’s values of adaptability, service, and continuous improvement
  • Perform related duties or support other team members as requested

Education/Experience/Training:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Project Management, or related field preferred. (Candidates with strong BA/PM backgrounds are encouraged to apply; accounting skills can be developed on the job)
  • Experience in business analysis, project coordination, or related roles is a plus
  • 2-5 years applicable experience


Specialized Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and with 10-key computer keyboard

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, etc.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 62,050.00 - $73,000.00
