  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategic review calls to assess program health, review performance data, and align on upcoming priorities.
  • Proactively identify risks to client satisfaction or retention and develop action plans to address them.

Program Launch & Onboarding

  • Lead clients through the Managed Giving onboarding process, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth, on-time program launch.
  • Guide churches through the event-style launch approach, setting clear expectations and preparing them for each phase of the rollout.
  • Provide hands-on support during launch windows, serving as a steady resource for church staff navigating new processes.

Strategy & Consulting

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and refine their management and communications strategies, tailoring recommendations based on church size, culture, and giving objectives.
  • Review program performance reports with clients, translating data into actionable insights and clear next steps.
  • Advise on best practices for recurring giving campaigns, donor engagement, and program sustainability.

Communication & Engagement Support

  • Coordinate the delivery of custom marketing assets including social media content, website materials, brochures, and direct mail, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and on-schedule delivery.
  • Partner with internal creative and marketing teams to ensure client feedback is incorporated into deliverables efficiently.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and advise clients on communication strategies that drive participation and generosity.

Financial Stewardship & Reporting

  • Help clients understand the financial health levers of their Managed Giving program, including recurring giving growth, cost management, and new income opportunities.
  • Track key financial KPIs within client accounts and surface trends, wins, and concerns in regular client communications.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate reporting and fulfillment of client commitments.

Renewals & Growth

  • Own the renewal process for assigned accounts, developing strategies to maximize client retention and long-term program success.
  • Identify and communicate upsell or expansion opportunities that align with client needs and organizational goals.
  • Serve as a voice of the client internally, sharing feedback and insights that inform product and program improvements.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing consulting role, preferably within SaaS, nonprofit technology, or financial services.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously while maintaining high-quality service and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Comfort working with data and financial reports to drive client conversations and recommendations.
  • Experience working with or within churches, ministries, or nonprofit organizations, preferred.
