Summary of Primary Functions: This role supports daily engineering operations through a mix of data entry, paperwork processing, and documentation organization. The ideal candidate has basic computer skills, is dependable, organized, and willing to learn new systems such as Excel and IFS. On-site training will be provided, but success in this role requires someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and open to continuous learning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All employees are required to follow all Safety and Quality rules and processes to ensure a safe working environment, and the production of high-quality products

  • Issue Tickets to Production Personnel.
  • Downloads Drawings from GC and Engineering Subs.
  • Scans and Prints Drawings for all departments.
  • Completes required clerical reports for engineering department.
  • Handles small changes in CAD to update tickets.
  • Helps another department file as needed.
  • Completes required clerical reports for engineering department.
  • Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • In charge of ordering supplies for engineering department.
  • May have access to confidential information.
  • Has daily contact with fellow employees in other units of the company.

Job Specifications or Qualifications:

  • Basic computer ability (typing, emails, navigating software)
  • Willingness to learn Excel, IFS, and operational workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks
  • Reliable attendance and professional communication
  • Prior experience with data entry, clerical work,

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
