Class 1 Swing Driver

GFL Environmental is looking for a Swing Driver- Class 1 License  to join our team in Grand Prairie, AB!

The Swing Driver will safely operate one or more vehicle types including Roll Off, Front End, Residential and other trucks utilizing various collection methods to service customers in a safe and efficient manner.  Deliver collected solid waste or recyclables to landfill, MRF or transfer station. Fill in for various routes as needed to ensure consistent service.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Class 1 Driver’s License.
• Ability to exert muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 50 pounds repetitively using proper lifting techniques
• Must be able to demonstrate the ability to safely drive the truck and operate the equipment
