Claims Systems Project Lead Analyst - Remote

Position Summary

The Business Project Lead Analyst is an individual contributor who supports the Claims organization as a subject matter expert (SME) on enterprise projects and ClaimsXten (CXT) initiatives. This role focuses on improving claim processes, increasing automation, reducing costs, and driving efficiency. The analyst manages day‑to‑day project tasks independently and works closely with business and IT partners to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and test ClaimsXten (CXT) scripts using medical claim systems such as Proclaim, Facets, PMHS, and PPN.
  • Partner with Quality Engineering (QE) teams to support testing, retesting, and issue resolution.
  • Document workflows, test results, and system changes clearly and accurately.
  • Work with business leaders and change teams to support readiness, training, and implementation.
  • Provide clear project updates, reporting, and post‑implementation monitoring.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes, improve service quality, and reduce operating costs.
  • Support or lead small projects or components of larger initiatives.
  • Coordinate with business SMEs and IT partners to meet scope, cost, and timeline goals.
  • Ensure project plans are documented, approved, and executed as designed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience with one or more of the following medical claim systems (Proclaim, Facets, PMHS, or PPN) required.
  • Experience creating or testing ClaimsXten (CXT) edits strongly preferred.
  • Coding or system configuration experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting project readiness activities such as training, procedures, and implementation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Strong skills in documenting business requirements and process changes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and project tools; advanced Excel skills preferred.
  • Proven ability to work well with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 75,700 - 126,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
